Rajasthan is a land of numerous attractions. The lure of living like a Maharaja or a Maharani in its palace hotels is too much to resist. For the wildlife buffs, several of Rajasthan’s sanctuaries, viz. Ranthambore and Sariska are home to Project Tiger while the Keoladeo Ghana sanctuary at Bharatpur attracts the migrant Siberian Crane. The Phichwai and Phad paintings, as well as its tie & dye and hand-block printed textiles also attract everybody. The paintings are collector’s items.
